Class Cancellation Policy

If a class or workshop is cancelled by All Good Art Studio, we will do our best to transfer enrollment into the next available date for the class. If no next session is available, we will issue store credit to your account. Refunds will be available upon request, minus a processing fee, within a 14 day period after the date of the class.

Reasons for class cancellation include but are not limited to: low enrollment (classes typically need 4 students to run), instructor cancellation, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are dedicated to letting students know in a timely manner when class cancellation happens primarily through email or phone contact. 

Student Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Notification: All cancellations must be submitted to allgoodartma@gmail.com
  2. Refund Processing: Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process.
  3. Early Cancellation (3 days or More Before Class):
    A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled class.
  4. Late Cancellation (Less than 3 days Before Class):
    Cancellations made less than 3 days before class but at least 24 hours prior are eligible for a patron credit with extenuating circumstances. No refunds will be issued.
  5. No-Show (After Class Has Begun):
    If a patron does not attend class after it has started, they may qualify for a 50% refund in the form of patron credit only in the case of a documented emergency. No refunds will be issued.
